1. Subscription Refunds
App Store or Google Play Purchases: Refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms must be requested directly from those platforms, in accordance with their policies.
Direct Purchases: Refunds for subscriptions purchased directly through Move by Vision are non-refundable, except as required by law or in cases of technical faults that prevent access to the Services.
2. One-Time Purchases
All one-time purchases (e.g., personalized plans or premium features) are final and non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
3. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your progress after following a program for at least 30 days and have adhered to the guidelines provided, you may request a refund by contacting contact@movebyvision.com. Evidence of participation, such as workout logs or activity data, may be required.
4. Cancellation Policy
Auto-Renewing Subscriptions: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription at least [Insert Cancellation Period] before the renewal date.
Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your account settings or the platform where you purchased the subscription.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
Services that have already been fully delivered or consumed.

Promotional or discounted purchases, unless required by law.
